Royal Canadian Academy of Arts Medal

The RCA medal was first presented in1962.  The medal was designed by the sculptor Cleeve Horne RCA and the designer Syd Watson RCA.

The purpose of this medal is to honour, from time to time, persons who have made notable contributions to the fine or applied arts in Canada.
